Mr. Ishwarbhai Lallubhai Patel died Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the Chilton memorial Hospital in Pompton Plains following a long illness. He was 95.
Born in Chikhodara, India, he immigrated to the United States in 1995. He had lived in Randolph before moving to Wanaque in 2001.
Mr. Patel had worked as a director of inspections with the Central Government of India for many years before retiring in 1973.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Maniben Patel in 1997.
Survivors include her son Mahendra I. Patel of Wanaque and his daughter Ranjana M. Patel of England; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
