Mrs. Gorgonia Songcal Jayme died Sunday morning, December 27, 2009 at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Paterson following a long illness. She was 81.
Born in Cebu City, Philippines, she came to the United States in 1992 settling in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. She moved to Paterson 2 years ago.
Mrs. Jayme was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Juan A. Jayme; three sons, Richelieu Jayme, Racleo Jayme, and Russeller Jayme; three daughters, Rhea Ortega, Rhoda Jayme, and Rhodora Jayme; and eight grandchildren.
