THERESA BASILE FERRISS Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Theresa Basile Ferriss (nee Manginelli) passed away unexpectedly at Saint Clare's Hospital in Denville, New Jersey on January 28,2O21 at the age of 85. Theresa was born December 17,1935 in Newark, New Jersey. She was predeceased by her parents, Angelo and Isabella (Donato) Manginelli, her brother, Benedict Manginelli, and her loving grandson, Joseph Costantin in 2016. Theresa is survived by her loving husband, Lincoln Ferriss, her loving daughters, Rosemarie Basile, Isabella (Lisa) Basile, her siblings, Joseph Manginelli and John Manginelli, along with her cherished grandson Jason Costantin, nieces and nephews, Rosanne Basile-Fenton Colette Manginelli Perfit, Mark Manginelli, and Nicole Colon. Theresa worked in Prudential for 40 years where she retired and took up a new wonderful life as a Real Estate Agent for Weichert Realtors. Theresa earned the honors of the Millionaire Real Estate Club title. Her certifications were Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist(SRES), Professional Web Experience (e-PRO), and a Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI). She juggled her busy full time work schedule with her love for the great outdoors. She professional skied where she traveled from the states to around the country including Switzerland, Italy and France on many occasions. Expert slopes all the way for Theresa! She was in a ski club for many years which also took her on many other opportunities. She enjoyed traveling, camping, canoeing: anything to do with outdoors. Talk about an extremely smart women and one of the most kind hearted, giving and forgiving people you ever wanted to meet. She was totally loved by everyone she came in contact with. lf you never met Theresa you truly missed out on one of the most fun loving, wonderful, charismatic people you could have ever come across. She was loved and will be more then missed here on earth. Mom, we know you aren't in pain anymore and we know you are dancing with the best of them! Until we meet again Rest in Peace. We all love you so much
