Obituary of Marie F. Rocco

Marie F. Rocco (nee Adessa) peacefully passed away on February 24, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was 93 years old.

Marie was a short time resident of Lake Hiawatha and had previously lived in Union. She was a graduate of Barringer High School.

Mrs. Rocco was an accomplished purchasing manager at TRW Palnut Division in Mountainside, NJ for over 10 years before retiring in 1988.

In her leisure, Marie enjoyed ballroom dancing, sewing, bowling, and was an avid reader. She had a generous and giving spirit that will be deeply missed.

Marie is predeceased by her dear husband Michael Rocco who passed in 1998. She is survived by her loving son Robert Rocco and his wife Mary of Lake Hiawatha. Adoring grandmother to Juliet Borman and her husband Carl. Marie was also predeceased by her brother Ronald and sister Louise.

Cremation was held privately. A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday April 6, 2024, 10:00am at St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic, Church, 179 Baldwin Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054.
